[1.0] Escort reward sets known locked trees to 1.0 mastery

If a character has a talent tree which is known but locked and chooses an escort talent reward from that tree, the mastery of the tree will be set to 1.0.

Examples:
  • An archmage rescues two anthoril escorts. For the first escort, the archmage chooses the celestial/light tree locked at 0.8 mastery and leaves it locked. For the next escort, the archmage chooses healing light. The archmage will now have the celestial/light category locked at 1.0 mastery, with one rank in healing light. The archmage just received a free 0.2 mastery boost to celestial/light.
  • A summoner begins the game with wild gift/mindstar-mastery locked at 1.1 mastery and leaves it locked. This summoner gets an alchemist escort, decides to betray the escort to Zigur, and chooses a rank in psiblades as the quest reward. The summoner now has wild-gift/mindstar-mastery locked at 1.0 mastery, with one rank in psiblades. The summoner just lost 0.1 mastery in wild-gift/mindstar-mastery.
Additionally, if the tree is known but locked and the selected talent reward currently has zero ranks, the player is still given a preview of talent level 0.8.
