[1.0] Shasshhiy'Kaish event can spawn more than once

On my current character I've encountered the Shasshhiy'Kaish event twice. The first time was in the elven ruins, where the mobs killed many of the cultists and a weak version of Shasshhiy'Kaish spawned. The second was in Reknor, and I was able to get the full-power achievement. I now have two Crowns of Burning Pain in my possession, one weak and one strong.
While I enjoy spamming out meteors as much as the next guy, I have a feeling this isn't supposed to happen.
