[RC3 w/dark portal fix] Dark Portal in Fearscape

My version of RC3 does have the dark portal fix from the server.
I encountered an orc berserker who had Fearscape and Dark Portal. He Fearscaped me and then tried to Dark Portal. This generated endless Lua errors, much like the Dark Portal bug I had first encountered failing to save Melinda.
