which will cause graveyard disappear, and unable to enter Angolwen, and so on.
This happened alot of times, but seems pretty random.
some times Angolwen will recreated too, and the mage Leaders will disappear.

I am having a similar problem... I have lost many quest locations, including the graveyard outside last hope.
Furthermore, I easily freed Derth of the air elementals but can no longer get to the mage city in the mountains. The novice mage is back, but there's no dialog. I feel that somehow a file was corrupted?
Is this common? Would be a shame to start over at level 14. I am thinking since I am kind of jumping around a lot (I haven't beat Daikura yet, need more cold resistance), then maybe it's confusing the campaign?

This is not common, and I permanently solved this problem by reinstell the operation system...
