[RC2] Dark Portal (Corruption/Vim) description incomplete

Talent description doesn't mention what is the radius of the portal area (3 at lvl1, does it scale?). Description could be also more clear that you're swapping places with the targets, it took me some time to realize what's the intended mechanics.
