[RC2] Skill Missing when Restarting with Same Character

-Started a Stone Warden
-I play with Autoskill off - always start with 2 points in Stone Vines
-Finished Reknor, got mobbed and killed on Bellow 2
-Hate wasting lives that early, I asked the Eidolon to Let me Go
-Chose to restart with Same Character
-Upon Restart, Stone Vines is _on_ my hotbar in the correct position but is missing its Icon:
Mousing Over Gives:
Clicking Gives:
-Attempting to confirm that I _do_ have the skill by checking my skillpage:
-Saved and Exited, then reloaded Save. Skillbar still bugged.
