Text alpha blended incorrectly with framebuffers on

It looks like the text is being blended before the overlays/fog of war when it should be the final layer. For some reason, it mostly affects the green text.
This is on ATI, NVIDIA is OK.

I'm also having this bug on an ATI card (Radeon 7850 with latest drivers) - if I have framebuffers on green text (and only green text, oddly enough) is basically unreadable.

I am getting this as well. Appears to have started after updating to latest (13.1) Catalyst driver version.

Echoing this - used to work fine, broke after the Catalyst 13.1 update.

This might be a bug with the driver. I can also see it on the OCRemix play preview pages (eg.
http://ocremix.org/remix/OCR02613/)
