[RC1] Item duping?

Somehow I managed to duplicate an item by putting it into the fortress vault :S
There was an error the first time, then the second time it worked. Afterwards I checked there were two of the same item!
Edit: It happens to be a tier 5 Voratun Longsword 'Ivewyn' with some pretty nice stats too woot.
