Dead enemies with Lifeleech create heal numbers

Vampire with diseases and Vampiric Gift was put to his final rest by me, but every few turns a yellow 2 plopped up at his last location, most likely from the disease still ticking on me.
These numbers shouldnt appear for dead actors / they should not get healed.
