[svn]Resolution Bug

The resolution keeps change to a weird number everytime I entered game.
By following:
1. enter the game(1920x1080 fullscreen)
2. load charactor(1920x1080 fullscreen)
3. tab+alt go back to desk top
4. go back to game (1914x1016 fullcreen, but actually is windowed)
5. change the resolution back(1920X1080 fullscreen, but the hitbox of the talent bar isn't at the right place, generally a half icon shift to up)
6. exit back to the main meun, and everything get back to normal. However, if I quit the game, the same thing will happen again
