[b43] Thought-forms don't count towards Blighted Summoning

While Blighted Summoning lists solipsist thought-forms as benefiting from it, they don't appear to count towards unlocking the prodigy. It looks like the prodigy only counts wild-gift summons, necromantic minions, and the alchemist golem; nothing else influences the summoned_times attribute.
