For some vault in the Old Forest, there are some monsters stand outside of the vault, I don't think those monsters should count 'in vault'

Guessing, but jin might be referring to the troll castle?
And PERHAPS the 'huge, takes most of the level'castle too?

Yes, those are the two that I know have some outdoor vault monsters.
