[b43] Teleporting/Knockback while in Wraithform

Teleporting while in Wraithform does not seem to check for walls.
My char went through a wall in wraithform, was knocked back into the wall, emergency teleported and landed somewhere far away from any rooms or corridors. Of course, with my teleport rune on cooldown and wraithform as well, I died of suffocation.
I'd say the teleport thing really needs to be fixed, knockback is debatable but I'd file it as bug as well.
