[b43] immune to teleport rare item

A rare I fought had an item that was immune to teleportation. When I cast shadow simulacrum on it, and both the original and the shadow TP'd two copies of the item were dropped.
Honestly, I think that the no teleport attribute should just be removed.

I never understood the reason for its existence. Right now you might as well change it to "this item is useless". Even anti-magic folks use psychoportation charms.

Would a "prevent teleportation for X turns after being used" effect be a good replacement?
