Tome disables F.lux briefly upon tabbing in

Kinda major deal for me - I cant play the game at night because of it.

It seems that whenever I tab into t-engine, it breaks f.lux's color changing magic thing, making my screen flash needlessly brightly for a moment. This probably isnt actually a big deal during the day (when f.lux doesnt do much), but it makes it very aggravating to play at night, when the color change is very favorable.

Should be able to reproduce it during the day by telling f.lux you are in a different part of the world, so it turns on the color changing magic thing it does.

To possibly explain the problem to someone who has never seen f.lux - Imagine your screen just flashed white every time you tabbed into tome. Its that bad.

What *is* f.lux ??
An it's probably the gamma setting, try to set it to 100 in the options

http://stereopsis.com/flux/

its a program that messes with the color settings of your monitor to make it easier to view in low light/night situations. Theres a much better explanation on their website.

Changing the gamma value has no discernible effect on this phenomenon

You can disable flux.

Has anyone looked around to see if flux has issues with other programs? This may be a flux bug rather than a tome bug.

flux typically will recognize a fullscreen application (ie, dota or portal or something) and disable itself for the duration, which is what i believe is happening here. The problem is that flux for some reason cant decide if its a fullscreen app or a windowed app (even in fullscreen mode), to decide what colors it wants to let you use.

Of course, that is somewhat speculation on my part. However, i have never experienced issues with flux outside of trying to play tome last night, which is why i posted the issue here.
