Time Skip and Harkor'Zun essences

Playing a Paradox Mage I hit an essence of Harkor'Zun with Time Skip, at the end of it, instead of 1 essence, I found myself against 6 of them. All right, I kill them, I kill Harkor'Zun... then I find another 6 (I think, didn't count them) essences of Harkor'Zun in the same level. Killing them didn't summon another Harkor'Zun.
