[svn 5779] Telekinetic Core damages the character.

When Telekinetic Core deals damage the user is also dealt damage to. Does it pull in or damage allies? The description doesn't mention that or maximum distance the enemies will travel.

As it still damages allies maybe the word foes should be changed to targets or creatures.
Edit: Looking at the message log it still damages the user. It's also double hitting.
