Three nasty bugs

I've just had a very frustrating run with an otherwise successful character. This one is currently a level 42 solopcist and would be poised to be a game winner.

I've had three persistent problems in b42:

1) The game randomly freezes when zoning. It typically gets to about 23% and hangs up. If this is when entering a zone for the first time (Last Hope, Unremarkable Cave. etc.) it can cause serious in-game problems. (I had to nuke the Last Hope save file to get the game to run at all, and had to do an elaborate dance to get the "friendly" elf killed by monsters in the Unremarkable Cave to get the game to update.) I posted info on this bug earlier and got no response here.

2) Vault mobs can spawn shadows outside. I lost two lives to level 62+ shadows teleporting next to me and swarming the character. Vaults are optional, but walking past them is not. I'd strongly suggest disabling vault mobs with call shadows, or ensuring that they cannot do so across vault walls. I think the problem is that they have ESP.

3) After the second death (this was the *third* vault where this toon had this problem, by the way - all in the east) the character appears to have gained a permanent -50% healing penalty and a negative 1.75 life regen. This occurs even in the Eidelon plane, even with no gear, and even with no abilities triggered.
I have no idea where to even look to try and fix this, and don't know if anyone has seen anything equivalent.

In other words, these bugs just trashed a toon that took a lot of my time to develop. None of these issues, by the way, occurred for me before b42.

Check your inventory. Specifically, your gems.

Thanks re: health. That's a super annoying "feature".

Oh, and the crash bug (always seems to be at 23% of save)...

Crash should be fixed in b43
