[SVN] Summertide (Shield) has no Armor/Defense values

I think this was an artifact of the discussion around it-it was originally going to be a weapon.
Probably the standard 3/12/12 Armor/Defense/Ranged Defense that a Voratun shield has would fit-it's got a ton of abilities and perks, so the defense being rather low fits.
