[b42] talent ward not working

I have a warded steel torque of psychoportation. it says I have wards +2 physical +1 mind +1 darkness. But when I hit the talent icon, i get only two options: darkness [1] and physical [2]. I think this must be a bug.
and i REALLY need that mind ward!!!!!
