ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

After I have defeated the rat lich king in a dungeon that spawned in the forest(where that bigass freezing tree obides) I used rod of recall. First I was teleported to the start of this forest area and after that I got teleported to the worldmap. I made a single step left from the location I was stading on and that's it. Stuck. I cannot do anything at all thoug the window responds and I can read ability tooltips for example. Any suggestions? Any other info I can provide?

Check your inventory to make sure you're not overencumbered. That happens to me distressingly often.

A miracle. A MIWACUL! I have restarted the game(yet another time?) to check if I have overweight, my inventory told me that i have 32/62 weight. Wait, wat? I have somehow opened my inventory? Then I tried to move and it worked.

No idea what happened. I am pretty sure I have re-launched the game a few times before and it did not allow me to open inventory or move. I launched it once more and it worked!

Srsly, this happened to me for a few times already. Happens absolutely randomly - you just make a step on the world map, another one, anoth.. what? stuck. You just cannot do a next step - nothing happens. Menus work, I can open inventory, etc. If I hit anywhere on the ground with a mouse, a message pops up: Ran for 1 turns(stop reason: didn't move). Also if I hit "Save and exit", it just saves(and does not exit). Halting t-engine.exe process and restarting it usually helps.

Any ideas?
