[b42] assasin's quest can trigger outside reknor

I took one step south from reknor as a lvl 8 dwarf cursed and the assasin's quest triggers. Now, I knew not to take it then, so I skipped it, but 99.9% of new players will jump straight into that (death) trap. I think this is a bug, or at least, an undesirable.
It also means that if you take it then, and succeed, chances are you'll miss agent of the arena quest, which is MUCH more valuable. That's the main reason I didn't risk it.

Are you sure it was there ? there is no pop evens around this point

I encounter it regularly around a few squares nw of the dwarf city. Usually the dwarf's experience penalty means you can still do it & make the arena (at least I haven't missed it yet).

Why does the arena have a level limit in the first place? All it does is punish new players.

Yeah, I've gotten the Assassin's quest that close to Reknor as well, though that was a few versions back.

It does seem to trigger commonly for dwarfs when you're close to the entrance.
It is about a 50/50 chance of losing a life at that level with most melee classes.
I'd actually prefer a higher level trigger (10+) to avoid the issues with the Arena quest.
