Stuck in Daikara mountains after grave quest. Suffocating

So in Daikara 1 I completed the undead Grave arena, only to be returned to Daikara in the middle of the mountains. I have no teleport, and am currently suffocating. I will not be able to recall/dig without dying. What can I do?
