[b42] Autopickup and switching places

I dont know if this is a bug but i couldnt think of any reason why it should work this way and i dont think its intended so i posted it here instead of the ideas forum.
When you switch places with a friendly npc like the freed slaves or your minions as a necromancer and they were standing on an item, you wont pick that item up. Furthermore if you autoexplore later it wont guide you to the item and picking it up manually doesnt put it in the transmog chest but the normal inventory, which is really annoying.
