[b42] Cannot fully scroll down in levelup screen

this image. I cannot see the amount of points invested in the Phantasm tree; furthermore, if I open another tree I cannot scroll down to see the tree at all. I would suspect other classes with a ton of class options have the same issue (Archmage?)

Can you use the up-down arrows to scroll? I generally click on a category then I use arrows.

Up-down arrows are what I try to use; they don't work. Neither does mouse.

Confirmed on my side. I had to collapse most of the trees to get a look at the talent point numbers.
