[b42] Inner Eye + Stealth = Weird targeting issues.

If you break stealth while wearing the inner eye (or presumably any time you are blinded), then it seems npcs won't reset their vision cache. I can walk right past them unstealthed and they won't target me.

I noticed with the inner eye as well (because of blindness presumably) that enemies didn't target me correctly. It's like someplace they're basing what they can see on rather or not the player can see them.

More mucking about.

Apparently the player sometimes isn't added to the fov.actors_dist table.

I stood next to a snake while blinded and it's fov.actors_dist table only listed itself. Everything else I checked seemed fine (canSee, etc. etc.)

But one of the lines of the simple target ai pulls targets off that table.

Even if this gets fixed, there should be a Ravenous Beast that is susceptible to believing if you can't see it, it can't see you.
