[b42] New mage effect bug in dialog mode

Bug can be easily reproduced right after creating an archmage char. The very first character Archmage Tarelion who's talking to you has his visuals glitched badly in dialog window:
In-game he looks better(his doll can be seen), but I think he misses some visual effects:
