Duplicate artifacts

The sandworm queen dropped 3 artifacts (and her heart!) :)

But two were duplicates of artifacts I was wearing (the girdle and Bloomsoul) :(

I've found two Summertide Phials from Zigur patrol and Rhaloren Inquisitor.
