[b42] Eye of the Wyrm

Eye of the Wyrm doesn't seem to respect max power. When I picked it up, it had 243/40 power, and after a while I noticed that it had 7566/40 power. I can repeatedly spam the breath and the power goes down by 40 each time, as normal.
