[b42] a couple bugs

Just started running b42, OSX version. Had problem with the dyld library but fixed it by running off the command line as described elsewhere. Also as described elsewhere there is a problem with right-clicks on OSX. I had a couple of other things happen too:
1) boss fellow in Angolwen (near the shops) has missing sprite, just appears as a white square with swirly bits.
2) running around Rhaloren camp, game crashed. Nice thing about running in the shell is that all of the log is there:
edit: another crash, similar error. Guess I'll wait until things get more stabilized before I try again.
