I have Lacerating Strikes at L4 on my Yeek Rogue and have not seen a bleeding status on an enemy once. Any ideas?

Solved this one. It only happens if I have the addon class pack activated. I guess that's what I get for ignoring the fact that it was meant for B41.

Lacerating Strikes not working.
