[pre-b42] switching places with ally sometimes takes no time

While playing a Solipsist, I could sometimes (but not always) switch places with my Thought-Form (i.e., an ally) with it not taking any time. To test this, I switched places more than a dozen times while a dozen enemies were in view, and no time appeared to pass.

this occurs if you switch with an ally while pinned.

Ah, yes, that'd be it. I was surrounded by a slew of unique bears at the time, and they were doing some nasty things...
