[b41] Willful Tormentor does not update with mastery

You can put on an amulet of mastery to boost the Tormentor tree, then activate Willful Tormentor, then remove your amulet of mastery, and Willful Tormentor will still use the boosted mastery value.

Sustains aren't dynamic in this game, they use the stats from the time of activation. I think that changing that might be as easy as adding a function in actor.lua, maybe I'll poke around it when i get the time.
