[b41] Quiver of the Sun talent interactions

The Quiver of the Sun can be used to make some talents (Flare, pinning shot, crippling shot) much more powerful than normal. Flare explodes at every tile that is reached, not just at the enemy, and pinning/crippling shots can disable whole rows of enemies.
