ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

With weapons that convert damage, shattering impact only applies to the remaining physical damage, which with some weapons with a dual converting ego can be pathetically low.

I don't know if it is a bug or a feature, but in that latter case, it should be indicated in the skill description.
