[b41] Alchemist Infusions negating all staff fire damage

When using Channel Staff with a staff set to fire damage, and with Acid, Lightning or Frost Infusion active, attack only does the 15% damage conversion to acid/lightning/frost, and no fire damage.

And all fire damage is negated from Heat, Firestorm and Body of Fire, again doing only the converted to element percentage.

Read the talent again. This is intentional.
