ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

When you un-equip a encumbrance-increasing item(like traveler's boots) the max encumbrance displayed on the title bar of Inventory screen is not updated.
In other words, if my current encumbrance is 200/300 and I unequip an item giving me +20 encumbrance, the title bar still displays 200/300 instead of the correct 200/280

if you close and reopen inventory screen the encumbrance is correctly updated

further checks let me discover that this only happens when you were/takeoff equip by dragging it to inventory screen.

it doesn't happen if you click on the object and select take off/wear on the appearing dialog
