ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Was brought into the fearscape by some invoker and couldn't find him to kill him. Turns out he is in the middle of a box of lava wall with no way for me to hit him with anything. He is in a 1x1 hole so I can't teleport in there or get in via probability travel and dig doesn't work on the lava walls. I could actually out-heal the lava damage indefinitely but I was stuck because I had nothing which could kill the invoker.

Out of curiosity, because I'm not sure how fearscape works, but does the lava damage hurt that guy as well? If so, maybe in that scenario its possible to just outlast him.

If he's a demon (there's a talent that gives you the demon flag) the lava will actually heal you.
