[b41] Entrance to the drake cave appeared on stairs up

Going through the Ruined Halfling Complex, at the entrance to floor 3 I was immediately surrounded by ghasts, ghouls, and a rare Doomed that hit me with Pacification and Empathetic hex. Deciding to head up the stairs to wait the effects out, I unexpectedly found myself in a cave knee-deep in hatchlings and drakes, completely baffled. The only exit was to the world map, and because I couldn't leave until the ~20 turn hexes timed out, I died a prompt death. After getting back from the plane and taking a different tactic to clear things out, I noticed what had happened - the entrance to the cave (presumably an event) had appeared on top of the stairs up, but I never noticed it because I was standing on them the whole time. I scrolled up through the message log to see if there was an announcement I missed, but didn't find anything.
