[b41] Duplicate artifacts

Different from the Orb of Many Ways, which is reproducable.
I seem to be just randomly finding extras of artifacts I already have.

Two Summertide Phials and two Eye of the Wyrms.
There's no special rhyme or reason to it-I just seem to be finding occasional duplicates. If it helps at all, the first Summertide was found in one of the starter dungeons IIRC, the second in Telmur, the first Eye of the Wyrm was found...I forget where, and the second in Vor Pride.
