[b41] Runic golem

I learned Runic golem on my Alchemist.
This resulted in:
No additional inscription slots
The new regen became baseline for the golem. Eg, before learning the skill he had +0.5 hp/turn, +0.3 stam/turn, after learning it he still had the same regen. After unlearning the skill he now got NEGATIVE regen however. -0.5 hp/turn, -0.7 stam/turn.
I've learned 2 shielding runes and rune of the rift on the golem so far.
