Right click to "configure" talents actually removes them

The tooltip on the talent bar says that right click will configure talents, but it actually removes them from the talent bar!

For me right click doesn't appear to work at all, in any context. I've tried both mouse and trackpad.
b41, OS X.

items and talents activated by items get removed when you right click on them. i thought this was intended behavior? if a talent is listed in the skills window (m key), then it will have a right click menu on the hotkey bar. otherwise, right click removes it.
