negative effects like rotting disease are not displayed with an icon anymore ...
In tooltip of my char I can see, that I'm affected with rotting disease.
I earlier versions it was also displayed with an icon.
Bug or intended?

Oh wait I know, your buff bar is to the rigth but not snapped to it so it extends rigth. Try to snap it

ok, that works. After snap the negatives are on the left side of my sustained talents
