[b40] Volcano skill kills Yeek Wayist

I had a volcano skill imparted from Isuth (a randart wand I think). I dropped the volcano in the room with Subject Z and Yeek Wayist and proceeded to kill Subject Z. After Yeek Wayist said "You saved me" my volcano proceeded to pelt him with rocks until he died before I got to speak to him!
