SVN Escort didn't leave when it hit the portal

It stuck around after giving me my reward. When I discovered this I bumped into it and it cloned my character.
*edit* also escorts pathfinding seems to be pretty busted. To get them to *go* I have to tile swap them forward repeatedly (and it doesn't always work).
