Murgol Lair Unconnected Dungeon

I've got a generated instance of the Murgol Lair where there's two distinct 'dungeons.' Normally just a rare glitch, but in this case particularly dangerous since Yeek can't leave to mainland before clearing it out. I was just lucky to have the down stairs on my side this time.

I think that the downstairs and upstairs are always guaranteed to be connected. The actual problem is, what happens if Murgol gets spawned in the unconnected half of level 3?

I think bosses have the same placement test as the stairs do.

yup
