[b40] fragmented essence of Harkor'Zun rare elite

As it says on the tin, I got a fragmented essence of Harkor'Zun summoner. I don't think this should be allowed to be a rare elite, it's already a unique. Besides, I've already defeated the regular ones on the very same level.
