[b40] Multiple bone giant resurrections

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but bone giants that resurrect now resurrect four times, instead of just once.

IIRC, I defeated a runed bone giant that resurrected more than four times (possibly eight? nine?) in the first floor of the Ruined Halfling Complex.

I complained of this to DG on IRC, he said he couldn't reproduce it.
Never could figure it out myself, but I've seen it many times...

No it's a bug
