Fillarel kill

If you kill Fillarel after the death of Krogar, you can double your loot, and you have absolutely no penalty.
She sends you to Aeryn when dying as usual.
I can understand this in terms of the game progress, not to break the scenario, but it does not seem very coherent in terms of lore.
It is minor, but, probably, Fillarel should be made invincible after Krogar Death.
