[b37] Alchemist's golem turning hostile

(Note that I'm on a slightly outdated build, so maybe this has already been fixed.)
So I'm an Alchemist in the ruins of Kor'Pul. I trigger a freeze trap. I press r to rest until i'm unfrozen, but "can't rest with hostiles in view." I say "what? oh maybe my golem is attacking my ice block so t-engine thinks it's hostile. Guess I'll just hold 5, then." Bad idea: damned rock man killed me.
I ran into two more freeze traps in the same area and both pissed off the golem, though fortunately I figured out that I could just go ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL until I unfroze. The frozen, AI-controlled alchemist was hostile to the golem as well, by the way.
